Shipping & Handling:

Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of an approximate ship date, allowing you to backorder or cancel the item.

Shipping notification emails/texts and tracking info are sent for all orders. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your order confirmation page on our website. 

AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER HAS SHIPPED, ALL BACKORDERED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED ASAP UNLESS CANCELLED BY THE CUSTOMER.  

We generally use USPS for shipping. To ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible please include both street and post office box addresses, if applicable. If UPS is used, we will adjust your address on our end to exclude the P.O. Box.
Refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

AT THIS TIME, WE SHIP ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA*. CANADIAN SHIPMENTS HAVE HIGHER SHIPPING RATES. WE WILL ADJUST SHIPPING ACCORDINGLY. SHIPMENTS UNDER 4 LBS. MAY BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. SHIPMENT OVER 4 LBS. MUST BE SHIPPED VIA PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. OUR "FREE SHIPPING OVER $99" DOES NOT APPLY TO CANADIAN ORDERS. 
*We prefer not to ship our Canadian lines to Canada, as all of our Canadian lines can be found in fine retail shops there. Please email us if you wish to place an order to be sent to Canada. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns & Exchanges:
Return Policy:
1. Please e-mail hullsoffrankfort@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
2. Write the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Items returned must be unworn/unused, with tags attached and in resalable condition.
4. Items should be returned within 10 days from the day the package was received. Please email us if you are unable to return within 10 days.
5. Items returned must be in a protective shipping carton (to prevent damage).
6. Refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. 
7. Items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
8. We issue refunds within 2 business days of receipt of returns.
9. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we are available to help if the need arises.
