Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of receipt of your order. If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We carefully pack and ship products right from our retail stores. We ship Monday through Friday. Any orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. NOTE---EXPRESS MAIL PACKAGES RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 NOON EST WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY (IF POSSIBLE) OR THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, MEANING THEY MAY ARRIVE 2 DAYS LATER RATHER THAN OVERNIGHT. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED AN ORDER OVERNIGHT, PLEASE CALL OR E-MAIL US BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. ALSO, PLEASE REFER TO THE POST OFFICE WEBSITE REGARDING ACTS OF GOD AS THEY PERTAIN TO SHIPPING TIMES. HULL'S OF FRANKFORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE ARRIVALS DUE TO UPS OR POST OFFICE ERRORS OR ACTS OF GOD.


Any refused or unclaimed packages that were shipped in a timely fashion (within 5 business days of order date or after contacting purchaser regarding a later shipment) will not be subject to credit unless purchaser contacts us with a valid reason. Only then will purchaser be credited for merchandise. Shipping & handling fees will not be credited.


We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives when you need it to arrive. To ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible please include both street and post office box addresses, if applicable. SHIPPING FEES ARE FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENT ONLY. SHIPMENTS TO CANADA MAY BE SENT, BUT AT A HIGHER RATE. PLEASE E-MAIL MARIAH@HULLSOFFRANKFORT.COM FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping Amounts are as follows, unless noted otherwise in each item description (calculated automatically at the time the order is completed). Express (overnight) shipping is available for an additional fee---see order form for details.
Priority Mail shipping: Under $10.00= $5.95; $10.01 to $50.00= $8.95; $50.01 to $75.00= $10.95; $75.01 to $100.00= $12.95; $100.01 and over= $14.95

UPS shipping:
Under $10.00= $11.95; $10.01 to $50.00= $14.95; $50.01 to $100.00= $16.95; $100.01 and over= $18.95

Please make sure to print a copy of the email order confirmation to use should you need to return or exchange an item.


Return Policy:

1. Please call 1-800-478-4855 or e-mail mariah@hullsoffrankfort.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).


2. Write the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton.


3. Packages returned without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

4. Items returned must be unworn/unused, with tags attached and in resalable condition.

5. Items returned must be returned within 10 days from the day the package was received.

6. Items returned must be in a protective shipping carton (to prevent damage).

7. Any returned SPECIAL ORDER item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special order items are items that we do not normally stock and have to be ordered specially from the manufacturer.

8. Prior written authorization must be obtained for any deviation from this policy.
